I enjoy the second box of the article, where a list of movies containing weddings is aptly supplied (I would add both Kill Bills to the list, and So I Married an Axe Murderer).

Arch-conservative crap I don't think I would write today, but if you have access to the archives and you want a laugh, go look up the issues from around Sept. 1998 to read my response to an article ... which I later found out was written by my German teacher. Doh.
