I have taken on the oh-so-big task of cleaning out the "storage" room, which is actually, just a room that kept accumulating large quantities of stuff over a period of, oh, let's say 4 years. Now, I would say that approximately 1/2 of the stuff in that room is mine. I have BARBIES, for crying out loud. I hold on to EVERYTHING!! So this is going to be a major task since I can't even bring myself to throw out old french notes from 10th grade. I need to be on that show Clean Sweep where they take all of your junk and sell it at a garage sale. Well, I plan on having a garage sale, whenerver I finish this ginormous project. I'm trying to simplify so I can pick up all of my remaining items and move them into a teeny tiny apartment in Brooklyn sometime in the near future.
I just picked up a copy of In Touch Weekly. I can't wait to find out the wedding details of Brad and Angelina, or how Nick's new romance is going, or why Britney Spears is turning to her ex. What? I really care about these things. I don't buy these magazines just to look at the pictures. I swear. Really. Ah, who am I kidding. I don't even know how to read.
I have to say, I'm loving me some Fall Out Boy. I listened to it on my trip to Tampa and got through the whole cd a few times over. That's a rarity to me. Chalk it up to my Adult ADD or whatever, but it is very hard for me to get through whole cd's of artists. An exception to this phenomenon is Kelly Clarkson and Rent. I recently purchsed Rihanna's cd and was not able to listen to the whole thing straight through. If every artist had consistently good music on a cd, then there wouldn't be a problem. Instead, some rely on trickery to get you hooked on their catchy singles, but when you actually put the money down for the cd, IT's CRAP!! I'm catching on to you, music industry. Be warned that...absolutely nothing will change and I will keep buying cd's like tic-tacs in hopes of finding good quality music in a little plastic case.
