Old School

Why am I listening to Christina Aguilera's first album? Well, she was semi normal back then and I like that album and forgot that I had it. I guess I answered my own question. I think 90's pop music is my fad lately what with the Backstreet Boys and such. I also bought No Doubt's "Tragic Kingdom". It's a good cd. What can I say? My cd collection is the most expensive thing I know. Is that sad??

So Sarah got me this awesome poster from Napoleon Dynamite. It's of Kip and he's holding sai's(I figured out the name, Sarah!!) and it says "I'm training to become a cage fighter!!" Flippin Sweet!! Thank you Sarah!

I bought this book at Books-A-Million yesterday. It's called "You Can Do It!" It's for women and it's about making your dreams become a reality and I don't care if it's corny because I like it and that's all that matters :) Anyway, it gives you like 70 things that you can accomplish and how to go about accomplishing it. Ok, examples are like getting published, public speaking, dancing, etc, etc, etc. It was written by a woman who died on American Flight 93 on 9/11. Well, I guess the book was her idea but her family finished it for her. It's cool.

Monday blues

Blaaah. Monday. Why art thou so lousy? Whatever, I'm over it. At least I exercised today. I realized I am not a work-out-at-the-gym person. I detest it. The only thing I enjoy doing at the gym is aerobics classes. Case in point: I went to the gym and was on a bike for 10 minutes and was in excruciating boredom! So I left and went walking in the park for a half an hour.

I'm going to design my own gym. It's gonna rock and there will be no weights or machines. It will be made up of all classes and that's it. No stupid bodybuilders looking at themselves in the mirrors while they flex their vein-y biceps to the world. No machines with which to catch mysterious rashes from because the last sweatball didn't wipe it off. No stinky locker rooms with moist floors the better to catch a fungus with. Need I say more?

I awoke this morning...

... to find Shadow walking around my room with a round hairbrush stuck in his tail. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. It was so funny because he was like, "what the heck is this thing hanging on my tail?" No he didn't actually say that but that was the vibe. He's such a goober. Maybe he was secretly trying to brush out his tail and didn't want me to find out but he got the brush stuck and his paws couldn't maneuver it well because they don't contain opposable digits and...Naaaah.

Anyway,
I saw Madagascar with momma today. It was funny. I liked. I especially like when mom laughs throught he whole movie and then at the end she said it was stupid and geared towards kids. Oh yay! I remembered another quote that I get to add to mom's book of quotes. I have to set up the scene a little bit:

driving in the car and listening to a Clay Aiken song.

Mom: "I can't believe anybody would go pay money to see him in concert!"
Me: "We paid money to see him in concert!!"

In case you didn't know the other quote, here it is for all to see:

Mom: "I want to start doing voice over work. I could read to deaf people."

NO JOKE

Is it me or what?

http://javascript:ol('http://www.paulsadowski.com/birthday.asp');
A little birthday info if you're interested. It's kinda neat!

My life number is 3:

3
The number 3 Life Path is one that emphasizes expression, sociability, and creativity as the lesson to be learned in this life. Here we are apt to find the entertainers of the world, bright, effervescent, sparkling people with very optimistic attitudes. A truly gifted 3 possesses the most exceptional creative skills, normally in the verbal realm, writing, speaking, acting, or similar endeavors. The lesson to be learned with a 3 life path is that of achievement through expression. The bright side of this path stresses harmony, beauty and pleasures; of sharing your creative talents with the world. Capturing your capability in creative self-expression is the highest level of attainment for this life path. The characteristics of the 3 are warmth and friendliness, a good conversationalist, social and open. A good conversationalist both from the standpoint of being a delight to listen to, but even more importantly, one who has the ability to listen to others. Accordingly, the life path 3 produces individuals who are always a welcome addition to any social situation and know how to make others feel at home. The creative imagination is present, if sometimes latent, as the 3 may not be moved to develop his talent. The approach to life tends to be exceedingly positive, however, and your disposition is almost surely sunny and open-hearted. You effectively cope with all of the many setbacks that occur in life and readily bounce back for more. It is usually easy for you to deal with problems because you can freely admit the existence of problems without letting them get you down. You have good manners and seem to be very conscious of other people's feelings and emotions. Life is generally lived to the fullest, often without much worry about tomorrow. You are not very good at handling money because of a general lack of concern about it. You spend it when you have it and don't when you don't.
On the negative side, a 3 may be so delighted with the joy of living that the life becomes frivolous and superficial. You may scatter your abilities and express little sense of purpose. The 3 can be an enigma, for no apparent reason you may become moody and tend to retreat. Escapist tendencies are not uncommon with the 3 life path, and you find it very hard to settle into one place or one position. Guard against being critical of others, impatient, intolerant, or overly optimistic.
Typically, the life path 3 gives an above-average ability in some art form. This can encompass painting, interior decorating, landscaping, crafts, writing, music, or the stage, or all of the above. You are apt to be a happy, inspired person, constantly seeking the stimuli of similar people. Your exuberant nature can take you far, especially if you are ever able to focus your energies and talents.

Freakydeeky how much of that is true.

Life's a Beach

It's a really nice day and I think I'm going to go to the beach. Well, maybe not because I am stuck at work sitting behind a desk and deprived of sunlight and the outside world. It's too bad because my mind has already left and is sitting on the beach right now. Beachy Keen.

Boy I can tell this is going to be a productive day. mm-hmm.

Do you ever have days where you feel like a bum? Like today I think I could crawl underneath an overpass and set up camp and I would fit in just fine. I think it's because I'm having a bad hair day. I have a lot of bad hair days. Maybe I have bad hair. Bad Hair! Behave!

Whatever. I'll just shave my head and dye my scalp blue.

Take me out to the ballgame

So I went to a ballgame yesterday. It was fun. I saw the Manatees play the Daytona somethin's. I was screamin and booing(sometimes at our team) and clapping for the other team. Somehow I think the Manatess don't really have any hard core fans because everybody was kinda cheering for both teams. It was kinda cool. And they had silly games in between like the dizzybat and balloon pop. The best part was the fireworks display at the end though. I swear that we were so close the bits of fireworks were landing in front of us. Man, I hadn't been to a baseball game in ages. It was great!!
